staff was very welcoming, upgraded to jr king suite, great view of the ball field, even though nothing going on. Would consider as an option for watching a game next year.

We tried to book a room the first week of June for two days in July. We were told that a suite was the only room available. We booked it and then had to walk to the far end of the hotel from the elevator. My husband has a really bad back and it was very hard on him. I couldn't have a shower because the water poured out of it all over the floor right through the shower door. For $800.00 we expected a little better. We do this every year to see a baseball game and next year we are going to look elsewhere for accommodation.

Called hotel day before we were to stay the night. Explained I had made an error in dates of a baseball game we were to attend, and that it was the following week an not that week. At no time did I say I wanted to cancel my reservation but only wished to change it to the following Thursday. Staff on phone I felt were very rude, and even when I tried requesting a Manager was given attitude and had to argue with Lady to get to the Manager. Manager finally got on phone after 10 minutes of waiting and proceeded to carry the same attitude as the first employee. I was told they don't change reservations in that short of time and my only oppotion was cancelation. By canceling was subject to pay both rooms in full for the night anyways. In my oppinion I feel they could have done something by elected not to. I also feel it was a money grab and will never stay at this Hotel, and will also let friends and family know how considerate the Hotel is. In finishing I am a Supervisor for a very large Company one in which is nominated top 50 employers in Canada and will be sure to pass along how great this Hotel is. Just to note it is not about the money but yet the principle. We paid are bill in full and will be going to the game Thursday via Limousine from Cambridge.

Situated in downtown Toronto at the Rogers Centre, home to the Toronto Blue Jays, the Toronto Marriott City Centre is adjacent to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and one of the closest hotels to the Beanfield Centre and Enercare Centre. The Hotel is walking distance from Union Station, and steps away from the financial and entertainment districts.
